Our guests can choose from our 4 - 5 - 6 - or 7 course menu, or from one of the Signature Dishes. These dishes reflect the taste and style of Martijn and can be ordered in a small or normal size. Martijn has a mix between a French and a Scandinavian cooking style. The dishes are high on taste and refined with attention to the main component.

Where most cellars are experienced as exciting, scary, sometimes a little dirty but above all not romantic, Fort Jutphaas proves the opposite. Perhaps the myth of the wine cellar and the previous inhabitants of the fort have contributed to the many questions we have had on this specific subject. Do you serve "high wine" as well?
As of today, we answer this question with a resounding: yes! From now on available and when the weather is nice also on the terrace. Wine tasting by Céline! We will welcome you in our lounge with a glass of champagne. Then the adventure starts with 3 half glasses of wine instead of 4 matching gourmet bites (water is included). Wine tasting by Céline is reserved every Thursday and Friday between 14:00 and 17:00.

If you would like to experience a tour through the wine cellar, please give it to us, we will gladly make time for this. Reservations are required and can be made via our website and by phone.Our meeting possibilities:
At Céline there are several possibilities for a meeting or presentation combined with a nice lunch or dinner.
We have a separate room in the former 'wine shop' where you can sit up to 25 people. This room can also be closed off and there is material available to present your presentation digitally and a flipchart.
We also have a characteristic fort 'lounge' where you can have a more informal drink with colleagues or friends.
