Craft+Graft is a space purposefully designed for people to come together, explore, produce, and connect. We're located in the creative and foodie neighbourhood of Dunkley Square in Gardens, right in the heart of town and only a short walk away from beautiful Company's Garden, Parliament, several museums, and many great restaurants.

PEOPLE
Our shared workspace is home to a friendly community of members with diverse backgrounds. We're entrepreneurs, small businesses, freelancers, remote employees, and consultants who work in technology, marketing, creative services, non-profit, and other areas. And while most of us are proud to call Cape Town home, many of us either grew up abroad or are visiting town for a period of time. We're passionate about building a growing community of like-minded members who enjoy our beautiful work, meeting, and event space, our amazing coffee, and inhouse event program.

SILICON VALLEY
Our direct ties to Silicon Valley make Craft+Graft particularly interesting for startups seeking funds or looking to grow their business overseas. It's exciting for us to help bridge the creative and tech communities between these two unique cosmopolitan cities. Members have access to The Troll House, a coworking space in San Francisco's techie SOMA district. It's a great, central location to work from and to host business meetings when in town.

DESIGN
Craft+Graft is housed in a recently remodeled building and runs over two floors. It was designed by interior designer Christine Joubert, whose projects include some of Cape Town's trendiest businesses, including Hoke Poké and the newly remodeled Origin Coffee. The exposed beams and tall ceilings throughout the space give it a light and airy feeling. We love the open floor plan and homey vibe of the space with its casual work areas.

MEMBERSHIPS
We have flexible membership tiers tailored to different needs. You can choose from our shared desk memberships, dedicated desks for individuals or small teams, and private office that comes with beautiful views of Table Mountain. Whether you're looking for a place to work just a few hours, a week, a month, or longer, enjoy uncapped internet, shared kitchen, meeting room access, coffee service, and more.

MISSION
At Craft+Graft, our mission is to strengthen our communities by bringing people together. We wanted to create a beautiful space where small teams and individuals could find all they need to grow their business. But we didn't stop there. With our artist-in-residency programme, we support local artists who often struggle to find affordable gallery space in the city center.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
We love our neighbourhood and the relaxed vibe of Dunkley Square. You'll find a plethora of trendy restaurants, casual eateries, coffee shops, hipster bars, yoga studios and gyms within a 5-block radius. Company Gardens is just across the road, and Loop Street with its nightlife is just a short walk away.

EVENTS
We love hosting events and are a proud member of #FirstThursdays. We offer a growing program of events in our space, including workshops, networking mixers, corporate functions, private parties, and more. We also organize casual get-togethers for members, whether it's a happy hour on a Friday or an impromptu lunch braai.

COFFEE
Our coffee shop is open to both members and the public. We proudly serve Deluxe Coffee and a range of pastries and healthy breakfast items. Our philosophy is to limit our environmental footprint as much as possible, and we encourage #BYOC - so you'll see our customers show up with their own cup.
